RETURN POLICY FOR ANY SALE OF PRODUCTS
10.1 The required condition for return of any product shall be determined by the relevant Merchant.
10.2 All products are checked by Clothing clear Heart’s staff before delivery to ensure that they are in good condition.
10.3 All requests for returns and exchanges of the product shall be directed to the Merchant.
We don’t give refunds. We only accept returns within a 30 day time frame and we will be happy to exchange or give you a store credit under certain circumstances.
- – The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- – Please include a copy of your invoice in the return box.
- – Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
